Snerk! Wow, is Stephane Dion the worst politician or what!? So absolutely transparent it is funny. At least he fesses up to his scam. Almost makes you feel sorry for the guy. I think his blunders have something to do with his very poor grasp on the English language. Perhaps he is a good politician in french? LOL

Organizations such as Teen Challenge Farm have recovery rates over 70%. This compares with state run institutions that have rates around 10%. Which would you say is money well spent?

Now, all this being said, we will probably not see something like this on the market for quite some time. As with all groundbreaking innovations, many very powerful organizations stand to loose allot. I expect, that this will be suppressed, as history always repeats itself.
